Mini Cheeseburgers

A completely homemade cheeseburger that makes for delicious party food!

  • 500 grams bread flour
  • 300 ml water
  • pinch sugar
  • pinch salt
  • drop olive oil
  • 1 package yeast if the flour doesn't already have it


  • 500 grams minced meat
  • powder garlic
  • salt
  • herbs to taste
  • olive oil or butter


  • 100 grams sliced cheese
  • tomato (optional)
  • lettuce (optional)



  1. In a bread machine, dissolve the salt, sugar, olive oil in the water.

  2. Add flour and yeast.

  3. Let the bread machine do the mixing and rising. Once the dough is made and has risen, remove from machine.

  4. Shape small burger buns.

  5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius, then place the burgers in the oven until cooked through, or for about 20 minutes.


  1. Add salt, powder garlic, and herbs (like parsley, chives, or oregano) to the minced meat. Mix together until all the meat is coated.

  2. Make small burgers by shaping the meat in small circles (slightly bigger than the hamburger buns, since meat shrinks while cooking).

  3. Fry the burgers in olive oil or butter until they're cooked through.


  1. Stack the buns, cheese, burgers and other garnishings.
