Ingredients

  • fruit
  • gelatin (matching the fruit chosen)
  • 300 ml condensed milk
  • 4 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Make gelatin according to package instructions. Wait until gelatin is cool.

  2. Add fruit and condensed milk, mix until blended.

  3. Beat egg whites until they've peaked; carefully incorporate them into the mix.

  4. Pour into serving containers. Chill in the refrigerator until set.

  5. Serve with fresh fruit.
