Bavarois (or Bavarian Cream)
A sweet and fruity, light summer dessert that is perfect for summer days.
- gelatin (matching the fruit chosen)
- 300 ml condensed milk
- 4 egg whites
Make gelatin according to package instructions. Wait until gelatin is cool.
Add fruit and condensed milk, mix until blended.
Beat egg whites until they've peaked; carefully incorporate them into the mix.
Pour into serving containers. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
Serve with fresh fruit.
